      In your English class, you have been talking about what makes employees happy. Now your English teacher has asked you to write an essay.

       

      Write an essay using all the notes and giving reasons for your point of view.

       

      What should companies focus on to keep their best employees?

      Nowadays, either people or companies all over the world are facing up competitive scenaries. To recruit high qualified employees is a clear example of it, hence many big companies should come up with new approaches to attract and keep the best ones.

      To begin with, companies that want to succeed must bear in mind that having an exceptional work team is the key to that. Therefore, there should be an approach so as to provide them with fair wages and benefits according to their qualifications.

      Secondly, to encourage employees to keep acquiring useful knowledge as they are part of the company is essential to avoid a soon departure. For example, training four times a month about interesting or unknown facts of their jobs would help a lot to keep the best employees.

      Finally, training and fair wages should be complemented by a pleasant work environment where employees feel excited about working. It will cause many employees not to feel the need to look for a new job and their loyalty will rise as well.

      I am the opinion of that, every attempt to recruit or keep high qualified employees should be done with the intention of helping them rather than harm them in their personal development
