Business people often have to dress more formally, but some newer companies allow their workers to dress how they like. Is it better for business people to dress formally or casually?

3. ……………………………………… (your own idea)We can all agree that individuals have always related business people to formal garments. However, dressing casually has become a trend for business people. It is because it has many upsides which are appealing for employees.
To begin with, what people like about dressing casually the most is how comfortable it is. For example, business people often used to wear garments like a suit or a tie in sunny days which created a sense of discomfort throughout the day but now they are free to wear the most suitable ones depending on the weather.
Secondly, dressing casually does not only help employees to feel comfortable but it also helps customers feel in a trustworthy atmosphere rather than just feeling force to give money. Therefore, it frequently enables business people and customers to have a good time and make deals at ease.
Last but not least, allowing employees to pick out their own work clothes prevent them from spending high amounts of money in formal wear which is often expensive.So, they can help thinking about how to get money for it.
I am of the opinion of that,employees should pick out their own style, as long as it looks professional and be proper to do businesses.
